Your request

Eligible online orders use Stripe Checkout. Order details and payment status are stored privately by Almanac using Cloudflare and in my Stripe payment record so your order can be fulfilled. Stripe collects card details; Almanac’s website does not store card numbers. Other inquiries prepare an email draft, which your email service sends only when you choose to send it. Please do not include payment-card information in notes.

Inspiration photos

Photos upload when you prepare a request. Cloudflare stores them for 30 days, after which the link expires. A random, unlisted link is included with your order or inquiry. Anyone with the link can view it, so choose an image you are comfortable sharing with me. Upload responses carry no-index headers, and uploaded images are excluded from the sitemap and public galleries. These signals request exclusion from search; they do not make a shared link password-protected.

Uploaded links expire after 30 days; copies you or I save, and email messages, are separate. Almanac retains customer order emails and payment/order records for fulfillment and recordkeeping; they are not automatically deleted after 30 days. “Join the Almanac” opens our Flodesk signup page. You provide your email and consent there. You can unsubscribe through an email’s unsubscribe link. This site does not claim a signup has succeeded.

Website services

Cloudflare serves this website and stores optional uploads. Google Fonts supplies typography. These providers receive normal connection information. When you leave for Stripe Checkout, a temporary order draft is kept in that browser tab so you can return without retyping. The site restores it only within one hour and clears it on return or after payment confirmation. See Flodesk’s privacy policy for the signup service.
