You choose the mood and size. I choose whatever is most beautiful this week. This gives me room to choose beautiful materials and compose an arrangement with its own character.

Yes. Add a photo to communicate mood, palette or feeling for me to interpret. Photo links expire after 30 days and are not listed in the site or sitemap. See Photo privacy for how links are handled.

Petite ($75): approximately 10–12 inches wide, suited to a nightstand, desk or small side table. Signature ($115): approximately 14–16 inches wide, suited to a dining table, coffee table, kitchen island or meaningful gift. Grand ($175): approximately 20–24 inches wide, suited to an entry table, large island or prominent room.

Keep flowers in a cool place away from direct sun, heat and ripening fruit. Check water daily and replenish with clean water. Remove spent flowers; for wrapped bouquets, trim stems with clean tools before placing them in a clean vase.

I deliver inside Loop 610 and between Loop 610 and Beltway 8. Outside Beltway 8, request an individual delivery quote. ZIP checks are preliminary; the exact address determines the zone.

Inside Loop 610: $15. Between Loop 610 and Beltway 8: $25. Outside Beltway 8: quoted individually. The final fee depends on the exact address.

Yes, when rush service is enabled. Select rush next-day service for +$50 and complete checkout by noon, Houston time. The $50 rush fee is added at checkout for eligible delivery addresses. Missing-address and outside-zone orders are arranged by email. Selecting a date alone never adds the rush fee.

Yes. Choose “This is a gift” and add your note. Purchaser and recipient details stay separate. You decide whether I may contact the recipient before delivery.

Select “I don’t have the recipient’s address yet.” Include your own contact details. An order without a delivery address cannot proceed to standard checkout; I’ll help arrange the address and delivery details first.

I contact the purchaser, or the recipient if permitted. I leave flowers only where an agreed safe location is suitable. A second delivery attempt is quoted and approved before a second attempt; no unapproved charge is added.

Email requests at least 72 hours before delivery. Refunds depend on work and materials already committed. Rush and later requests are reviewed individually. See the cancellation policy for details.

Yes. Use the Businesses form for recurring flowers, client gifting or holiday lobby arrangements. Include your space, preferred frequency, budget and number of locations. The form sends your details directly to me.

Yes. Use the Events form for elopements, celebrations, brand activations or ikebana. Include your date, venue, budget, palette and ideas. I’ll reply personally; wedding dates are approved before payment. There is no event rush surcharge.

Spring 2027 includes four bouquets for $180 or six for $250, delivered every other Saturday from March 6, 2027. Delivery inside Beltway 8 is $15 once for the whole series, a separate rate from individual arrangement delivery. Pay through Stripe on the Subscriptions page; sales tax is added at checkout.
