Before delivery

Please allow 3 days. Next-day requests sent by noon, Houston time, may be available for +$50 when selected and confirmed. Outside-zone delivery requires an approved quote.

A gift without the address

Send the recipient’s address to almanacflorals@gmail.com by noon on the day before delivery. Without a confirmed address, fee and available date, delivery remains unconfirmed and must be rescheduled with the purchaser.

If no one is available

We contact the purchaser or, with permission, the recipient. We leave flowers only at an agreed safe location suitable for perishable flowers. If that is not possible, we arrange next steps with the purchaser.

Another delivery attempt

Redelivery is quoted and approved before a second attempt. The charge depends on location and timing; there is no automatic redelivery fee.
