Changes of plan
Email change or cancellation requests at least 72 hours before the confirmed delivery date. I will review whether flowers have been sourced or design work has begun before agreeing a refund. Any retained amount will be explained and agreed; there is no automatic forfeiture.
Later and rush-order requests are reviewed individually because materials may already be committed. No fixed refund percentage or non-refundable deposit applies.
Something isn’t right?
Contact me with a photo within 24 hours of delivery about an arrival-quality concern. Almanac will review the circumstances and agree a suitable remedy. This reporting window does not mean other rights expire.
If Almanac cannot fulfill
I’ll agree an alternative date or refund the unfulfilled portion.
