Changes of plan
Email change or cancellation requests at least 72 hours before the confirmed delivery date. The studio will review whether flowers have been sourced or design work has begun before agreeing a refund. Any retained amount will be explained and agreed; there is no automatic forfeiture.
Later and rush-order requests are reviewed individually because materials may already be committed. No fixed refund percentage or non-refundable deposit applies.
Something isn’t right?
Contact the studio with a photo within 24 hours of delivery about an arrival-quality concern. Almanac will review the circumstances and agree a suitable remedy. This reporting window does not mean other rights expire.
If Almanac cannot fulfill
We’ll agree an alternative date or refund the unfulfilled portion.
